SLAM Solutions provides an array of on‐site construction management services for assigned Retail Remodel and New Store construction projects. Manages all facets of project management with turn key solutions which can include (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual construction projects including managing the site work and/or building construction and installation activities for assigned projects.

• Monitor and support the on‐site construction team

• Make sure the project execution is on schedule, conforms to client quality standards, and meets the budget and scope criteria planned for each project.

• Ensure the best methods are being followed to achieve consistency.

• Provide feedback from the field and propose changes to enhance the program.

• Orient each Store Operations and Building Property Management to their new building and deliver Construction Turnover Package.
